At Amazing Breads & Cakes LLC, we craft our breads using carefully selected ingredients following the traditional methods of bread baking passed on from our Polish great-grandparents. Remembering our grandmother’s bread, how it was just delicious; using wholesome flour, which came from grains that were grown, harvested, and milled by our grandfather. Memories of the taste, where simple ingredients brought together in the dough, allowed to rest and develop unforgettable flavor, resting in the baskets, then baked in the wood-fired brick oven. All our baked goods are created from scratch in our bakery kitchen. Baking is our passion; we love what we do!
